Talos Connect includes built-in integrations that the Talos team sets up for each client (clients do not configure them themselves); details at https://connect.talosautomation.ai/features/integrations/. Supported apps:
- CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close, monday.com (sales CRM boards), Airtable
- Team chat: Slack
- Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n (these can forward to thousands of other apps)
What Connect sends, automatically and one way, from Connect to the connected app:
- New or updated contacts, matched by email and then phone so nobody is duplicated
- Calls with direction, length, outcome, and the AI call summary, sent a few minutes after the call so the summary is ready
- Booked appointments
- New leads, as a note, lead, or deal depending on the app and settings
- Missed-call alerts (Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n)
Each record is sent once per connection, with automatic retries if the other app is down. The Talos team runs daily connection health checks, and keys are stored encrypted. Connect does not import records from the CRM.
Healthcare: for medical, dental, and veterinary clients the default is a minimal detail level (no call summaries or notes). Patient details go only to a vendor the client has a signed BAA with, and Slack, Zapier, Make, and n8n receive alert-only messages (no names or numbers) unless the client has a BAA with that vendor. Direct EHR and practice-management integration is on the roadmap.
Anything outside this list is a custom automation build from Talos Automation, built around the CRM, calendar, and phone system the client already runs.
